The 62-acre asset, in detail.
4.58 MMbbl of shore tankage across 58 segregated tanks · 12 Gulf Coast pipeline interconnects · 6 Chiksan marine loading arms · 11,400-ft rail loop · 8-bay truck rack · Honeywell DCS · 24/7 control center.
Shore tankage
by service.
Storage is purpose-built around the institutional commodities that move through the Gulf Coast complex. Crude tankage dominates capacity at 1.85 MMbbl, supported by 1.20 MMbbl of clean-products tankage configured for ULSD, gasoline blendstocks and jet fuel.
Heated and insulated tanks serve residual fuel oil, bunker grades and vegetable oils, while epoxy-coated tankage supports ethanol, renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel feedstock. Every tank ties into the integrated manifold under a single custody chain with API 21.2 batching.
- API 650 design — floating and fixed roof construction
- Secondary containment to 110% of largest tank
- Automated tank gauging integrated with SCADA
- Nitrogen blanket capability on solvent and intermediates tankage
- Spiral and rolling-ladder external access
- Cathodic protection and 5-year API 653 inspection cadence

12 Gulf Coast
refinery interconnects.

The manifold is engineered as a single, programmable custody chain. Twelve refinery and midstream pipeline interconnects radiate from the central manifold, supporting batched movement of crude, ULSD, gasoline, jet fuel and intermediates under API 21.2 batching standards.
Four booster pump skids enable simultaneous receipt and redelivery across multiple grades. Mass-balance reconciliation runs continuously across the platform — every barrel, every batch, every transfer measured, logged and audit-ready.
Integrated multimodal flow.
Built around secondary containment.

Every tank cluster sits within an engineered earthwork berm designed to contain 110% of the largest tank's working volume. Storm-water management routes through API oil-water separators with continuous monitoring; spent water is permitted under TCEQ TPDES.
Cathodic protection, leak detection and condition monitoring run continuously on every tank, with inspection cadence and corrosion modeling per API 653. The result is a containment posture engineered for zero off-site impact.
Honeywell DCS.
SCADA-integrated. Manned 24/7.

The Jacintoport operations center is a continuously manned control room with redundant Honeywell DCS, ATG-tied SCADA, video surveillance integration and emergency shutdown systems. Operators are licensed and certified across API, OSHA Process Safety Management and the Honeywell Experion platform.
- Redundant Honeywell DCS with hot standby
- Programmable safety instrumented system (SIS)
- ATG-integrated tank inventory & alarming
- Mass-balance reconciliation engine
- Emergency shutdown (ESD) tied to every manifold
- Video monitoring tie-in to 72 CCTV zones
